Perfume Bazar charges a small commission on successful sales to keep our platform running. The exact fee structure is transparent and displayed when you create a listing. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.

Buyers can request cancellation before the seller ships the item. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible. Sellers can cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, but repeated cancellations may affect their account status.
Shipping times depend on the seller's location and shipping method chosen. Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. International shipping can take 7-21 business days. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
