We have a multi-step verification process. Sellers are vetted before listing, and we encourage detailed photos including batch codes. Our community also provides ratings and reviews. For high-value transactions, we offer optional authentication services.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Venmo. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. Your financial information is never shared with sellers.

Create an account, then click 'Sell' in the navigation. Fill out the listing form with details about your fragrance, including clear photos, fill level, and batch code. Set your price and shipping preferences, then publish your listing.

ISO stands for 'In Search Of.' It's a feature where buyers can post requests for specific fragrances they're looking for. Sellers can then respond if they have matching items, making it easier to find rare or discontinued scents.

Perfume Bazar charges a small commission on successful sales to keep our platform running. The exact fee structure is transparent and displayed when you create a listing. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.

If there's an issue with a transaction, contact our support team immediately. We review all evidence from both parties and work toward a fair resolution. Buyers are protected for items that are significantly not as described or counterfeit.

Buyers can request cancellation before the seller ships the item. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible. Sellers can cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, but repeated cancellations may affect their account status.

Shipping times depend on the seller's location and shipping method chosen. Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. International shipping can take 7-21 business days. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
